450XT

Run 9" through 11" props on this set up. APC SF for low pitch and GWS HD for high pitch.

The Motor: This is an awesome direct drive motor. Awesome in most park flyer type planes. Excellent torque for the 3D birds & Gliders to 30 oz. Diameter of this motor is 27.7mm with a body length of 30mm. It weighs only 63 grams (2oz.). And has a 3mm shaft. The 450XT is well known for exceptional power with out breaking the wallet. The magnets are good to 180 degrees, and the shaft is supported by two ball bearings, not bushings. Check out the stats and video at altitude Here.

The ESC: This Lipo friendly Melody brushless ESC auto detects input voltage. When the voltage drops near the LVC, the CPU will not cut the current immediately. It will reduce the RPM so you still have plenty of power to land your plane or Heli. User friendly design entirely plug and play. On battery plug in this ESC even plays you a tune so you know every thing is OK. Please remember this is a current limiting LVC not a current cutting LVC. Once the power decreases it is time to land. The Battery: 1500 Mah 3 cell pack. Rated at 15C (22.5 Amps) constant, and 18C (27 Amps) burst rate. Nice size: 3 1/4" Long, 1 3/8 wide, 7/8" Thick Weight: 4.5 oz. Plus connector.
